3 Lifestyle Hacks to Mindset Growth

Use these 3 lifestyle hacks to mindset growth to reach any goal.

Close your eyes and think of that ONE crazy cool goal you have. You know the one I’m talking about….it’s that goal that seems way too far to reach. You shove it as far back in your mind as you can, but like the seasons, it keeps coming around. You try to forget it and move on with your day-to-day, but it whispers in your ear that there is something you forgot.

Now, open your eyes and tell me what is holding you back from that goal.

When you study the human brain you will notice a pretty startling accusation across the board: we don’t use the full power of our brains.

You see, more often than not we get caught up in the survival mode of life and never branch out into thriving. When simply surviving we ONLY choose to see the next steps for right then. If I’m hungry I need to eat. If I tired I need to sleep…..and so on it goes. This is also where we can feel stuck and bored with life. It’s not that your life is boring! It’s that you aren’t really committed to living it.

Today, I am going to share with you 3 super easy lifestyle hacks to mindset growth. These won’t take ALL of your time, but they do require a daily commitment. These hacks will begin to help you feel more hopeful and excited for YOUR life AND they’ll propel you towards that crazy cool goal.

LIFE HACK #1: Language.

Most people who feel they haven’t met their goals speak to themselves and others from what we call a poverty POV or mindset. That means that we focus on what we don’t have. Instead of focusing on the DON’T, change your brain to focus on the DO. An easy fix to start with is AND over BUT.

The next time you are tempted to use BUT in regards to a situation, i.e.

I want to eat healthy, but I hate cooking.

Change the BUT to an AND…..BAM! Now instead of the poverty mindset that stops you, you now have a fun problem to solve.

LIFE HACK #2 Encouragement

Be mindful of what you allow in your brain. Take inventory of your thoughts when you are around certain friends, at certain events, or even listening to certain songs or watching TV.

The best type of encouragement comes from within. The way to live a courageous life and continue towards your dreams when it seems they are too far off is to call on that encouraging voice from deep within. If you have things in your life that strangle that voice, bit them farewell while you chase those dreams.

LIFE HACK #3 Write it down

I know I can sound like a broken record here, but write those goals down! Get them on paper and start reverse engineering your way to success. If we keep our dreams in the dark recesses of our minds, they won’t grow. More often than not, they fester and spoil. So grab paper and pen RIGHT NOW and get some sunshine to your dreams.
