Upper Body
Welcome to your workout for this week!
If you haven’t already, please make sure you check out this week’s post about mobility and movement prep. That will get you geared up and ready for your workout today.
The Workout
This upper body pumper will be done in straight sets, meaning you will perform the prescribed amount of reps and sets for each movement prior to moving on to the next.
What Do You Need?
You will need you good looking self and some dumbbells. IF you have access to a bench and mirror, you totally get bonus points
Weight Selection
For most of us, the upper body is weaker than the lower body. It is also important to note that the shoulder joint can be a bit finicky on some people, so I always suggest starting sets to be lighter. You can add weight to each progressive set as you can tolerate it.
That’s about as complicated as it’s going to be, so let’s get lifting!
