Every Friday I will be giving you a workout WITH a printable PDF download….just to make your life a little easier.
Today’s Workout: Circuit Training from the Slimmer Summer Series
FREE WORKOUT FRIDAY: THE RULES
OK, there really are no rules here…..I just want to help YOU get moving and reach some outlandish goals you never thought possible.
Today’s Free Workout is circuit based, meaning you move from one exercise to the next with little to no rest, then you repeat the circuit again. THREE circuits is awesome and if you have the time and energy, aim for 4-5.
These moves are TOTAL BODY. This means you are literally working more than one body part at a time (um, which you always are, but that’s for later). This will help you burn more calories and strengthen that mind body connection.
